Mùmi buckwheat pillows are made with natural buckwheat hulls, offering firm, breathable support. With a little care, your pillow can stay fresh, dry, and comfortable for longer.
Remove the Filling Before Washing
Before washing, open the side zipper and remove the buckwheat hull filling.
The filling cannot be washed. Please do not put the whole pillow into the washing machine or let the buckwheat hulls get wet.
To keep them fresh, place the filling in a dry, well-ventilated area from time to time.
Wash the Cover Gently
The pillow cover can be washed separately.
We recommend hand washing with normal temperature water, around 30°C. If machine washing is needed, please use a gentle cycle.
Avoid soaking for too long, and do not use bleach.
Avoid Colour Transfer
Wash the cover separately or with similar light-coloured items.
Please avoid washing it with dark fabrics, as colours may transfer during washing.
Use a Mild Detergent
Choose a mild, neutral detergent to help protect the natural fabric and keep it soft to touch.
Air Dry Naturally
After washing, air-dry the cover in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
Avoid strong direct sunlight and do not tumble dry, as heat may cause shrinking or shape changes.
Keep It Dry
Buckwheat hulls are natural materials and should be kept dry.
Avoid using the pillow with wet hair or storing it in damp places. A dry environment will help keep your Mùmi pillow fresh, breathable and supportive.
